The Consultant for Learning Development and Delivery serves as a trusted advisor to business and program leaders, diagnosing performance needs and influencing learning strategy to enable business outcomes. This role operates with professional autonomy and judgment, tailoring solutions based on program context, maturity, and risk. The Consultant applies consultative skills, learning expertise, and emerging digital and AI-enabled tools to design, implement, and sustain effective performance solutions. The Consultant also provides instructor-led trainings and manages training processes and content creation to maximize the value that employees gain from learning solutions.

  • Ensure alignment with adult learning principles, business requirements, compliance considerations, and learner readiness.
  • Evaluate effectiveness and business impact, adjusting solutions to improve outcomes.
  • Support change enablement by driving adoption, messaging, and feedback loops for new digital and AI-driven learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with design teams to adapt content and provide feedback on course design.
