  • Safely and efficiently transport company personnel, documents, and small cargo between office locations, warehouses, suppliers, and other destinations as required.
  • Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures, optimizing travel time and fuel efficiency.
  • Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company vehicles, checking for mechanical issues, fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition.
  • Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate supervisor or maintenance personnel, ensuring that company vehicles are kept in safe and operable condition.
  • Deliver and collect documents, packages, and small cargo items between different departments within the company, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliveries and pickups.
  • Obtain signatures and other required documentation for proof of delivery or receipt, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  • Assist with running errands and performing miscellaneous tasks as assigned by back-office staff, including but not limited to banking transactions, mail collection, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while operating company vehicles, prioritizing safety at all times.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and comply with company guidelines for vehicle use, including proper care and handling of company assets.
  • Maintain open communication with back-office staff and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate transportation needs effectively and respond promptly to any changes or special requests.
  • Provide updates on travel status, delays, or issues encountered during transportation to ensure transparency and minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Valid drivers license (Code 10 or equivalent).
  • Proven experience driving 4-wheel trucks, MUX, Mirage with both manual and automatic transmission.
  • Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
  • Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills and punctuality.
  • Physically fit and able to handle loading tasks if required.
  • Reliable, responsible, and safety-focused.
