Responsibilities

Source and canvass suppliers, materials, equipment, and services.

Request and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.

Prepare price comparison sheets and supplier evaluations.

Coordinate with suppliers regarding product specifications, delivery schedules, and payment terms.

Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Maintain supplier database and records.

Assist in purchasing activities as needed.

Qualifications

Graduate of any Business, Engineering, or related course.

Experience in canvassing, procurement, purchasing, or administrative work is an advantage.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email correspondence.

Detail-oriented and organized.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
