  • Provide feedback to management on customer issues and concerns.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: 35 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
