Position Overview
The Business Resilience and Sustainability Coordinator supports the execution and day-to-day coordination of two programs — Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). Both programs are actively guided by two VP-level leaders through a Steering Committee who set direction, lead key sessions, and remove organizational blockers.
The Coordinator's role is to keep both programs moving — maintaining documents, scheduling and coordinating activities, tracking action items and deadlines, preparing materials for senior leaders, and following up across departments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a hands-on execution role that requires strong organizational skills, follow-through, and the ability to work across multiple teams in a busy retail environment.
BCM knowledge is an advantage but not required — the Coordinator will be trained and guided by senior leaders with deep expertise. ESG is being built progressively as an organization and the Coordinator grows alongside the program.

Key Responsibilities
- BCM Document Coordination — Maintain and update the master BCP and all subsidiary plans. Ensure documents are current, version-controlled, and accessible. Track the review calendar and follow up with document owners to keep all plans up to date.
- BIA Coordination — Coordinate data gathering across departments for the annual Business Impact Analysis. Consolidate inputs, prepare working documents, and maintain the BIA tracker. Follow up on identified gaps with relevant teams.
- RTO Documentation Support — Prepare materials and coordinate schedules for RTO alignment sessions led by VP sponsors. Document agreed recovery time objectives and maintain the RTO tracker.
- Exercise and Drill Coordination — Coordinate logistics and scheduling for tabletop exercises, store-level drills, and DC flood drills. Prepare exercise materials, document outcomes, and track corrective actions to closure. Prepare After-Action Reports for review by VP sponsors.
- Supply Chain and DC Continuity Support — Maintain supply chain contingency plans and DC flood preparedness protocols in coordination with Operations and Supply Chain teams. Maintain 3PL BCP compliance tracker and follow up with partners on outstanding requirements.
- BCM Compliance and Training Coordination — Maintain the BCM compliance calendar and ensure all regulatory deadlines are flagged and prepared for in advance. Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and attendance tracking for annual BCP orientations and quarterly ERT refreshers across stores, DCs, and HQ.
- ESG Coordination and Reporting Support — Maintain the ESG framework and targets tracker. Coordinate data gathering from departments for the annual PSE ESG report. Support the research and preparation of ESG project proposals for Steering Committee review. Monitor PSE regulatory updates and flag relevant changes.
- Steering Committee Support — Prepare agenda materials, status reports, and presentation decks for Steering Committee sessions. Maintain action item logs and follow up on assigned tasks between sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 3 to 4 years of experience in operations, compliance, project coordination, or supply chain in a retail or FMCG environment
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple workstreams and meeting deadlines consistently
- Comfortable coordinating across departments and levels — able to follow up persistently and professionally
- Strong written communication skills for reports, trackers, and documentation
- BCM or ESG knowledge is an advantage but not required — curiosity and willingness to learn matter most
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
