- Document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications for system enhancements and process changes
- Perform data analysis and trend monitoring to support business decision-making
- Create actionable reporting that highlights key performance indicators, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement reporting, automation, and analytics solutions
- Support data governance initiatives by ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity
- Assist in developing automation and self-service reporting solutions using available business intelligence tools
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company data management standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, or business process improvement is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, R, or other reporting and analytics tools is a strong plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Background in Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Service Delivery, Contact Center Operations, or Data Governance is an advantage
- Structured onboarding and business process training
- Exposure to analytics, reporting, and automation initiatives across multiple business functions
- Opportunities to develop Power BI, reporting, business intelligence, and data analysis skills
