- Oversees the daily operations of the building and ensures the efficient delivery of property management services.
- Addresses occupants' requests, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervises security guards and janitorial personnel to maintain the building's safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance.
- Monitors building equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Enforces house rules and building regulations. Reviews and approves unit renovation requests in accordance with building policies.
- Coordinates with contractors, service providers, and other external agencies for building maintenance and operations.
- Graduate of Building Technology Management or any Engineering course
- Articulate and has positive work attitude
- Preferably residing within Metro Manila.
- Recent board passers are encouraged to apply.
