Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
  • Manage overall brand performance, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations
  • Oversee retail execution, merchandising initiatives, and kiosk/franchise branding activities
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights using research tools such as Kantar, Nielsen, or NIQ
  • Handle social media platforms, digital campaigns, and online community engagement
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, creatives, and external agencies for campaign execution
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports and recommendations for management
  • Ensure proper implementation of brand guidelines across all materials and touchpoints
  • Explore innovative marketing strategies using AI tools and emerging digital platforms to strengthen brand presence and consumer engagement

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Management, or any related field
  • With at least 35 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or food industry
  • Experience in retail execution, brand activations, and kiosk/franchise development
  • Strong background in digital marketing and social media management
  • Knowledgeable in Kantar, Nielsen, or NIQ research tools
  • Social media savvy and familiar with AI tools and digital platforms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Creative, strategic, and results-driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools
