Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Manage overall brand performance, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations
- Oversee retail execution, merchandising initiatives, and kiosk/franchise branding activities
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights using research tools such as Kantar, Nielsen, or NIQ
- Handle social media platforms, digital campaigns, and online community engagement
- Collaborate with sales, operations, creatives, and external agencies for campaign execution
- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports and recommendations for management
- Ensure proper implementation of brand guidelines across all materials and touchpoints
- Explore innovative marketing strategies using AI tools and emerging digital platforms to strengthen brand presence and consumer engagement
- Graduate of Marketing, Business Management, or any related field
- With at least 35 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or food industry
- Experience in retail execution, brand activations, and kiosk/franchise development
- Strong background in digital marketing and social media management
- Knowledgeable in Kantar, Nielsen, or NIQ research tools
- Social media savvy and familiar with AI tools and digital platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Creative, strategic, and results-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools
