Brand Associate

The Brand Associate supports the execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and product launches while ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy. The role focuses on tracking brand performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting day-to-day brand operations to drive business growth.

• Support execution of brand campaigns, marketing plans, and initiatives across multiple channels
• Monitor and consolidate brand performance data, including sales trends, market share, and campaign results
• Assist in product launches by coordinating with cross-functional teams and tracking timelines
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
• Prepare marketing materials, briefs, and reports for campaigns and activations
• Analyze data and generate insights to support brand planning and decision-making

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, brand management, or FMCG
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools
