We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with experience in Medicaid billing and QuickBooks data entry. The ideal candidate has strong bookkeeping knowledge, excellent accuracy, and the ability to manage billing and financial records efficiently.

- Perform Medicaid billing and maintain accurate billing records.
- Enter and update financial transactions in QuickBooks.
- Review and verify billing and payment information for accuracy.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and payment posting.
- Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain organized financial and billing documentation.
- Prepare basic reports and assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Communicate with internal teams regarding billing and accounting matters.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping and Medicaid billing.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and accurate data entry.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
