About the Role:
As a CBREBMS Operator, you will monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS)to help ensure the efficient performance of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, andlife safety systems.
This roleis part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, responsible forsystem monitoring, operational support, troubleshooting, and coordinatingpreventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate safely andefficiently.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure building systems are functioning efficiently and within established parameters. Respond to system alarms, identify potential issues, and coordinate troubleshooting or corrective actions as needed. Review assigned work orders, monitor service requests, and use available systems to track issue resolution and completion. Support energy management initiatives by optimizing system performance and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Monitor building systems for compliance with operating standards, safety requirements, and established procedures, reporting any abnormalities or concerns to Management.
