Job Description Summary

The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of BIM standards and workflows for our projects. You'll ensure efficient collaboration between design, engineering, and construction teams, ultimately improving project efficiency and accuracy.

About the Role:

  • Establish and enforce BIM protocols, workflows, and execution plans for interior fit-out projects.
  • Use tools like Navisworks to identify and resolve design conflicts across disciplines.
  • Provide technical guidance and training on BIM software and best practices to the design team.
  • Audit models for compliance with standards and ensure accuracy and completeness of BIM data.
  • Lead coordination meetings and manage BIM content libraries for consistency across projects.

About You:

  • Minimum 4 years in BIM coordination within the AEC industry, especially in interior fit-out projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and clash detection tools like Navisworks.
  • Strong analytical abilities to resolve complex design and coordination challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills; able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Degree in a relevant field preferred; BIM certifications a plus; highly organized with strong attention to detail.
