- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of HR experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
