We are looking for a dynamic and experienced AVP and Subsidiary Head to lead our operations in Quezon City, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and team management within a subsidiary context.

What You'll Do:
Lead the subsidiary's strategic direction and operational execution
Monitor financial performance and drive profitability initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
Mentor and develop a high-performing team aligned with company values
Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
Implement best practices to enhance business processes
Prepare detailed reports for senior management on performance metrics

What We're Looking For:
Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
Minimum of(3)years of managerial experiencein a power generation or energy solutions company
Must have proven track record insolar power projects, power contracting services, energy solutions, and retail electricity supply (RES)
Must have strong leadership capabilities with experience inteam management, talent development, and operational oversight
Demonstrated ability to drive business growth by acquiring new accounts, managing client relationships, and leading sales operations, with strong expertise in sales management and contract negotiation.
