Job Responsibilities:

Order entry, order processing, contacting resellers for verifications
-
Prepare accurate proactive and reactive customer quotations.

Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.

Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.

Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.

Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
Qualifications:
-
College graduate of any course; if High School Diploma, should have at least 2 years functional experience.

Must have at least 6mos of Order Management experience

Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage

Good English communication skills
-
Knowledgeable with MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc)
-
Willing to work on day shift (AU/MY/SG time zone) and 10 days RTO/monthly
