Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an HR Associate.
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
Under the general supervision of the Manager, Plant HR, assists the plant in achieving all its business objectives (operations, maintenance, logistics, quality assurance, warehousing, plant administration) by focusing on its human resources to deliver the required volume output in a work environment of industrial peace and harmony.
What are the Qualifications?

Knowledgeable in identified facets of Human Resource Management functions
With at least 5 years work experience in similar work environment.
Candidate must be strong on Employee Relations knowledge and skills.
Postgraduate degree in business, industrial relations will be an advantage
Familiarity on relevant management systems in the food industry, including but not limited to EHS Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL and FSSC, is an advantage;
With considerably significant communication and administrative skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel); and
Has a team-player, customer-centric, and innovative work attitude.
Willing to work in Nissin-URC in Dasmarinas, Cavite
