- Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment activities.
- Support the training and development of new staff members.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints effectively.
- Assist the Store Supervisor in financial reporting and sales analysis.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Management or a related field
- Experience Level: 0-2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong operations management skills, expertise in inventory management, experience in restaurant management preferred
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proactive in daily task execution and support the supervisor in operational functions
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and a customer-focused attitude
