  • Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment activities.
  • Support the training and development of new staff members.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints effectively.
  • Assist the Store Supervisor in financial reporting and sales analysis.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Management or a related field
  • Experience Level: 0-2 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong operations management skills, expertise in inventory management, experience in restaurant management preferred
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Proactive in daily task execution and support the supervisor in operational functions
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and a customer-focused attitude
