Úkoly

  • koordinace, řízení a sledování prováděných stavebních prací podle projektu a pokynů nadřízeného, v souladu se stavebním povolením
  • koordinování práce zaměstnanců i dodavatelů
  • zabezpečení maximálního využití strojů a zařízení
  • zajištění zásobování, kontrola materiálu a jeho kvality
  • kontrolování kvality skutečně vykonané práce dle údajů uvedených v nabídce
  • vedení související dokumentace a evidence
  • zajištění kompletace dokladů podle podmínek zadávací dokumentace
  • místo výkonu práce:Česká Lípa a okolí

Vaše kvalifikace

  • vzdělání SŠ/VŠ stavebního směru (zaměření na dopravní stavby výhodou)
  • autorizace v oboru výhodou, ale pozice je vhodná i pro absolventy
  • schopnost týmové spolupráce
  • pečlivost, spolehlivost, loajalita, pracovitost, flexibilita
  • řidičský průkaz sk. B
