This position does NOT require.
- Collection Calls
- Sales Calls
- Appointment Setting Calls.
- Make Reference calls for background checks, which include.
- Verifying current and former lease arrangements
- Verifying current and former employment information
- Obtaining additional information from clients and applicants
- Document Management as needed
- Demonstrate high attention to detail for maximum accuracy.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Maintain/Meet operation metrics
- Attend on-going regulatory and process training.
