- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in billing, PO creation, administrative, or accounting-related work is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of billing systems or accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and billing statements.
- Monitor billing schedules and ensure timely issuance of invoices.
- Coordinate with internal departments to validate billing details and resolve discrepancies.
- Record and maintain accurate billing records, documents, and reports.
- Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding payments when necessary.
- Respond to billing-related inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare billing and collection reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
