Duties And Responsibilities
- Schedule training sessions and meetings for resident doctors, including monthly meetings
- Prepare and issue necessary memoranda related to training, meetings, and other activities
- Prepare and process RFPFs and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for Health Centers and Hospitals related to community services
- Process promotion papers and appointment letters
- Coordinate with the Operations and Logistics teams to request materials and other requirements needed for training
- Maintain comprehensive training records, including photos, patient details, procedures performed, and attending doctors
- Collect, verify, and monitor attendance reports submitted by doctors
- Provide on-site and administrative assistance throughout training activities
- Follow up with resident doctors regarding their online procedures and attendance to ensure compliance and active participation
- Organize and maintain 201 files and other personnel records
- Assist in the evaluation and performance monitoring of doctors
- Update and maintain monitoring reports related to doctors performance and activities
- Prepare Certificates of Training (COT) as requested
- Compile and maintain hard copy documentation of relevant records
- Handle communication and provide administrative support to resident doctors
- Graduate of any four (4) years Bachelors degree
- Willing to work on-site
- At least six (6) months to one (1) year relevant work experience in administrative work or any related field

- Well-equipped in using Microsoft Office applications, Facebook Messenger, Zoom, Gmail, Google calendar, and other administrative platforms
