Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Admin Officer to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, patient, and capable of handling data accurately while working under pressure.

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in computer operations (e.g., MS Office and relevant systems)
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible
  • Strong sensitivity to data accuracy and numbers
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Can handle property leasing Management
  • Preparing Lease of Contract.
  • Monitoring of Leasing Management Tracker.
  • Coordination with Area Admin regarding on Rental Payment, Business Permit Payment.
  • Data Gathering/Consolidation regarding on Leasing.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Coordinate with departments for administrative support and scheduling.
  • Support daily office operations and ensure proper record keeping.

Working Schedule: 8:30am - 5:30pm from Mondays to Fridays

Work Location: SM Aura Tower, BGC, Taguig
