Job Description


  • Analyzes purchase and disbursements of the company and records them in the accounting software / system.
  • Ensures that the expenses are recorded in their GL accounts and tax are also recorded accordingly.
  • Audit and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in preparing accounts payable-related journal entries and reconciliations for month-end closing



Person Specification


  • Bachelor's/College degree in Accountancy/Accoounting Technology/Management Accounting (or any related field)
  • Preferrably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Wiith excellent communication skills
  • With thorough understanding of accounts payable functions
  • Strong attention to detail
