A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Access Coordinator to support our fibre delivery operation. This on-site role is essential in coordinating site survey schedules, validating documentation, and ensuring the accuracy of project records across build and delivery phases.

As a key part of the support team, you’ll work closely with Project Coordinators, field contractors, and Australia-based stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow execution and accurate reporting — all during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and track LAAN (Local Access Approval Notices)
  • Coordinate and schedule site surveys with contractors and field
  • teams
  • Review and validate As-Built documentation for accuracy and
  • compliance
  • Assist with invoice validation against completed work scopes
  • Schedule and confirm contractor activities and timelines
  • Support ticket updates and internal workflow logs
  • Maintain organised records and contribute to project audit readiness
  • Collaborate with Coordinators and Ops Manager for project readiness

Success Metrics

  • Timely submission of validated LAAN and survey schedules
  • Accurate and complete As-Built and invoice validation
  • Low error or rework rate in documentation
  • Efficiency in task coordination and contractor follow-up
  • Reliable day-to-day support to project operations

Key Requirements

  • 1–2 years' experience in administration, scheduling, or project
  • support
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Strong organisational skills and task ownership
  • Clear written communication and follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable working in a structured, KPI-driven environment

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in fibre, telecom, utilities, or construction projects
  • Familiarity with contractor coordination or invoice reconciliation
  • Understanding of project lifecycle documentation
