Cornerstone VNA is calling all Registered Nurses (RNs) in the Ossipee, NH, Wolfeboro, NH and Effingham, NH area who are looking for either a full-time opportunity to apply to join our team!

As a part-time or full-time Registered Nurse (RN) at our home health agency, you conduct comprehensive patient assessments and plan for the management of patient outcomes. By collecting client health data and working with the patient and their family, you are able to set attainable goals. Always driven to provide the best care possible, you adjust the care plan as needed with the help of the physician, health care team, and the patient and their family.

You coordinate the delivery of care. You consistently demonstrate competency with technical nursing skills and enjoy providing home care to individuals with various individual and cultural backgrounds. Using your professional nursing judgment, you delegate selected nursing tasks when determined safe and appropriate. You enjoy your job, and your positive attitude filters down to our patients and their families.


  • Current state of New Hampshire or compact state licensure/registration in nursing for RN
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Proficiency with medical EMR Systems
  • Valid driver's license in good standing and vehicle insurance
