Responsibilities


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Manage and direct daily activities of client support center representatives (CSRs)
  • Develop, coach, and motivate CSRs to achieve departmental goals. Guide employees when responding to changing business conditions
  • Provide input on personnel actions (e.g. staffing, terminations, objective setting, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and scheduling)
  • Respond to escalated CSR or client issues
  • Oversee daily workflow, assess available resources, determine work allocations, and make employee work assignments
  • Collaborate with management and staff to develop and administer employee work schedules
  • Monitor compliance and personnel performance metrics. Ensure data for reporting is accurate, timely, and adheres to standards
  • Monitor phone/chat queues for adequate coverage
  • Assisting with phone calls and chats during high volume periods
  • Communicate solutions, successes and opportunities to manager and or director of the client support center
  • Practice and ensure compliance of all Envision policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all team members acquire the appropriate support and training to apply the best skills and knowledge in completing their jobs
  • Provide coverage for other supervisors as needed
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well in a virtual/remote team environment
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and the ability to troubleshoot related issues accordingly

  • Must be a Team Player. "Team" has different levels (team, area, site, Business Unit) and we need to be able to support and understand most of them

Education/Experience:



  • Associate Degree and/or related certification and 4 or more years of related experience in a Call Center/Client Support environment
  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University preferred
