Under broad administrative review from the Chief of Staff, incumbent will serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer providing, promoting and implementing human resource values by planning and managing human resource programs. Incumbent will oversee the development and implementation of human resource policies, programs, and services including recruitment, selection, retention, talent development, regulatory compliance, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and employment practices and procedures.
