Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, New Business Support, the Rollover Operations Associate will be responsible for facilitating the rollover of assets while coordinating and maintaining department reporting needs
Responsibilities:
Responsible for following up on participant rollovers in a timely manner
Responsible for responding to emails and other participant inquiry in a timely manner
Work directly with financial intermediaries to ultimately channel assets into John Hancock
Communicate with Third Party Administrators and Plan Sponsors to facilitate rollover process
Facilitate daily and weekly operational activities while following department policies and procedures
Respond to routine inquiries from various operation teams both internal and external
Oversee data integrity requirements
Proactively share knowledge to ensure team objectives are met
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, great opportunity for a New Graduate!
1-3 years financial services industry experience preferred
Previous Customer Service or Financial Services experience
Strong customer service focus
Good understanding of policies and procedures
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Detail oriented with the ability to quickly organize, prioritize and work within a multiple task environment
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Good listening skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to meet stated goals and targets
Ability to learn quickly
