Provide oversight of complex administrative functions and business operations for the College of Arts & Sciences (CAS) to include finance, budget planning, development, forecasting and coordination of personnel resources. Actively participate and provide leadership in strategic planning processes and establish, implement and coordinate organizational systems and processes for CAS as it relates to business operations. Member of the CAS Executive Leadership team and direct report to Dean.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Master's degree in business administration/management or related field and four to five years of experience. Experience in academic setting to include areas of financial management, budget development, long-range strategic planning, business operations and grants management. Effective analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines required.

Desirable Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to provide consultative leadership; experience with complex budget management and financial decision making that impacts the institution's mission; supervision of multiple professional positions; and a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
