Responsibilites will include resolving operational queries and issues, managing travel and meeting room calendars and supporting all CHB operations. This position requires general industry knowledge to support client communication, education and training and accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities•Provides client support and communication as needed



  • Acts as the point of contact for colleagues and clients
  • Assist with training records and employee profiles
  • Updates employee and department telephone directories
  • Co-ordinates with all teams to facilitate meetings and organize group functions
  • Manages and completes monthly billing for project work.
  • Manages employee T&E credit card program and provides support with expense report approval and procedures
  • Reviews and approves office supply orders for all assigned offices
  • Creates customized reports and completes data analysis for both internal and external clients
  • Provides general assistance as needed to support ongoing CHB operations

Who we are looking for•3-5 years of office administration and CHB industry knowledge
