Job Description

We have a Customer Account Representative position awaiting a personable and well-spoken professional with their growing staff. In this role, you provide superior customer service and a positive experience to our customers. You enjoy providing solutions to customers and selling products and services.

Salary range: $43000 - $53000 per year.

Requirements:

• Partner with customers to effectively resolve issues, adapting to fluctuations in the volume of incoming inquiries.

• Engage with the Customer Success team to both understand and advise of customer issues, frustrations, or requests to drive customer happiness and retention.

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and other staff at all levels by navigating complex, consensus-driven decision-making environments.

• Provide internal feedback on how we can better serve our clients in the product road map for continuous improvement.

• Proactively monitor and track usage, product consumption gaps, and traffic patterns to identify opportunities and address potential future issues such as account churn.

• Show composure, resilience, and flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and also as an internal advocate for evolving customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, communication, or related (College or University) preferred.

• Intermediate level proficiency using PC ( G suite, Excel, and Word)

• Positive, energetic person with expertise working in the Customer Service.

• Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)

• Able to handle difficult situations in a manner that upholds good business relations

• Comfortable working in a team environment and independently under steady deadline pressure.

• Possess exceptional organizational and analytical skills to make sure all projects are completed timely.
