Job Description


Currently, McDonald's is seeking a specialist hands-on Corporate Recruiter to join our growing Global Talent Attraction team. You will support full-cycle recruitment for our Digital Customer Engagement (DCE) team. The role of the DCE team is to set the overall digital strategy and define digital customer solutions across ordering, payment, personalization, loyalty, and delivery. Together with Global Technology, They identify the most meaningful opportunities for our customers and our business, and we bring them to life through industry-changing products like Mobile Ordering and McDelivery. In addition to setting the overall digital vision and strategy, we help markets to accelerate opportunities, consolidate lessons to share across markets, measure progress, and drive continuous improvement and enhancements to the McDonald's customer experience.


In this role, You will report to the Talent Attraction Manager and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization. To hire the best, we need the best! We want professionals who are hard-working, passionate about candidate experience, and customer-centricity.


Responsibilities:



  • Partner with hiring managers in developing recruitment strategies for current and future staffing needs ranging from supervisory up to Director level
  • Implement vital sourcing strategies to include a variety of methods of attracting top talent
  • Select and qualify candidates based upon skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral-based approach and screening criteria
  • Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are optimally pre-screened before they are submitted for consideration
  • Maintain best practices throughout the client interview process by providing interview and assessment skills coaching and updates
  • Build business relationships with key Client Groups, candidates, and HR Business Partners
  • Research and recommend competitive compensation packages in partnership with the hiring managers and HRBPs
  • Possible oversight of a Jr. Recruiter and/or Candidate Experience Coordinator
  • Possible engagement on recruiting projects; such as an ATS implementation or new technology
  • Responsible for pulling reports and abiding to critical metrics and SLAs
