Winch Truck Driver
POWER FUELS/Nuverra has immediate openings for Winch Truck Drivers. Our Winch Truck Driver is responsible for driving and operating a winch truck equipped with a mechanical winch or using a flatbed trailer to pick up, transport and unload oilfield related equipment to and from various locations within the work area. What we`re looking for:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Minimum 1 year Driving Experience
- Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in oil and gas industry a plus
- History of safe driving for previous 3 years (MVR)
- Current Medical Card Required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Must have applicable knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred
- Must be available to work any 12 hour shift (Days or Nights)
- Ability to operate a 13/18 speed manual transmission
- Must pass pre-employment fitness for duty test (FIT Test)
Operational Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and transport oilfield related equipment including loader, light towers, man lifts, extended fork lifts, tanks, and skidded shacks from various sites
- Complete detailed equipment inspection form for each load
- Properly complete pre/post trip inspections and maintain all required paper work and driver logs on a daily basis
- Complete work tickets for jobs legibly, timely and with full description on a daily basis
- Comply with all EHS, DOT and company regulations and procedures including all state/ federal/ EPA rule and regulations
- Recognize and avoid safety hazards in the work environment
- Maintain proper cleanliness of assigned vehicles, truck maintenance and vehicle fueling
- Communicate with the Maintenance Department to schedule regular maintenance and repairs as needed on the truck
- Read/interpret information such as driving routes, safety rules, sales tickets, operating instructions
- Attend and participate in required safety meetings/trainings
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Listen to and resolve customer complaints and provide feedback to supervisor
- Any other duty, responsibility or task assigned

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Physical demands include: sitting, standing, walking, lifting materials (maximum 75 pounds) carrying, pushing, pulling, kneeling, bending, twisting, repetitive wrist and hand movements
- Drivers work in all types of weather conditions including extreme temperatures cold/hot and wet/humid conditions
