  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone and email.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on company policies and products.
  • Documenting customer interactions and issues for future reference.
  • Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree (at least 5 degrees)
  • Experience level: At least 6 years in customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
