Work Schedule:

• 1 vacancy for this schedule: Mon-Fri at 9:00AM-3:30PM and Sat at 11:30AM-5:00PM
• 1 vacancy for this schedule: Mon-Fri at 7:00PM-12:30AM and Sat at 11:30AM-5:00PM

Salary: ₱15,000-₱21,000 (depending on experience; higher rates available for seasoned candidates).

Work Type: 30-35 hours per week, transitioning to 40 hours (full-time) with weekends off once we relocate to our permanent office

Work Location: Temporary Home Office in Akina East, Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod City (Permanent Office is still under construction in Sixty Fifth, in front of the NGC).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, including interviewing.
• Highly confident in communicating with international personalities and executive-level candidates.
• Excellent English Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Experienced with Google Suite.
• Available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews via Google Meet and other video conferencing platforms with managerial to executive-level candidates for client companies.
• Perform job analysis, talent sourcing, resume screening, shortlisting, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline.
• Report directly to the Chief of Staff.
• Handle various tasks related to lead generation, list building, business development, recruitment, HR, and administration.
