DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform high-quality ultrasound examination with precision and attention to detail
• Prioritize patient comfort and experience during imaging procedures
• Create a positive and comforting environment for patients undergoing ultrasound scans
• Efficiently process ultrasound images to generate accurate reports
• Communicate effectively, addressing patient concerns and ensuring a smooth imaging experience
• Adhere to imaging protocols and quality standards to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of results.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service in the imaging department

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a Registered Radiologic Technologist
• Proven experience as an Ultrasound Technologist, with a focus on customer-centric care
• Proficiency in a variety of ultrasound procedures – whole abdomen, breast, thyroid, KUB, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to work in a rotational shifting schedule
• Computer Proficient
