Technical Support Analyst

We are looking for talented Support Analysts with technical experience who are dedicated to provide after-sales support to our clients. Beyond the usual help-desk role, this involves troubleshooting and intricate case-solving skills, and will require working with different teams to deliver the best support experience to clients. If you are a self-starter, an excellent team player, can easily balance multiple tasks, has the diligence to follow through and resolve cases, and the discipline to be organized and attentive to details, then this is the opportunity for you. You will be part of a larger team working from our CDO office and working closely with our Australian customers.
The Job Involves:
- Answering incoming customer calls
- Analysis of customer support issues
- Working with the greater team to assist and resolve issues
- Data basing all calls into CRM
- Full training on our equipment and procedures
Requirements:
- Experience in call center industry specializing in technical support
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Has a friendly and confident personality
- A team player
- Willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City office
