Technical Staff - #88082

The Technical Staff is responsible for providing assistance to the Platform Business Head in the implementation of key initiatives emanating from the Platform’s business strategies, to ensure that goals of the department are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in the execution of or directly implements assigned business strategies under overall growth plan in coordination with brand marketing, product marketing and segment marketing for execution. Strategies include, but are not limited to, program and promo development, media buying, channel optimization, and creative execution.
• Performs administrative functions such as: report preparation, budget availment monitoring, EPROC requisition, supplies management, equipment maintenance, and compliance to internal controls.
• Ensures that all correspondence and documents are properly prepared, submitted on time, and in compliance with Bank’s standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related fields
• At least 2-3 years relevant work experience in retail banking or any industry dealing with known customers
• Knowledgeable in MS Office
