Together with our industry partners, we also provide standard and certification technical training courses to assist in enabling our customers’ internal support teams for better management of their Information Technology offices.

The Role

Job Responsibilities

• Design and present tailored solutions by leading technical sessions and transforming customer requirements into scalable architectures.
• Support pre-sales efforts by crafting tailored proposals, pricing, and technical documentation that clearly articulate solution value.
• Lead implementation efforts by managing pilots and providing hands-on technical support to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.
• Empower customers through targeted training and detailed documentation to support effective solution adoption and long-term success.
• Foster teamwork across departments and partners to improve customer outcomes and guide product and enablement strategies.
  
  

Core Skills & Attributes

• Effectively communicates complex information to varied audiences.
• Expert in analyzing and troubleshooting multi- layered technical issues.
• Create RFP/RFI responses, TORS, design documents, and project plans while monitoring deliverables and deadlines.
• Develop lasting relationships by deeply understanding and proactively addressing customer challenges.
• Continuously update knowledge by keeping pace with the latest technologies such as Wi-Fi 6/7, SD- WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, and AI/ML in security.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Possess at least one relevant certification such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+ or Security+, ISC2 CC, or other vendor-specific qualifications.
• 2-3 Years' Hands-On Experience in ONE or MORE of these domains:
• Cybersecurity: NGFW/SD-WAN, SIEM/SOAR, UEBA/DLP, ZTNA/CASB, incident response (DFIR), threat detection, vulnerability & application security.
• Network & Connectivity: Campus/core switching & routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), MPLS, SD-WAN, WLAN design & implementation, load balancing & GSLB.
• Monitoring & Analytics: NPMD & NDR), infrastructure monitoring, packet capture & deep-dive analysis.
• Identity & Access: IAM/IAG, Lifecycle & Compliance, SSO/CIAM.
• Data Protection & File Transfer: Backup & recovery, secure managed file transfer, insider-risk & DLP.
• Cloud & Virtualization: AWS/Azure networking services, virtual appliances, container networking fundamentals.
