Qualifications

• Vocational course graduate/ Senior High School graduate, or college level.
• 3 years supervisory experience in the same field
• Wide knowledge in truck handling
• Amenable to work in Parañaque

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the operations in Technical and PDI Department. Analyze current procedures and activities to identify and present opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure that the department is adequately staffed to achieve objectives, and that the PDI team are aware of procedures for using new products and equipment.
• Facilitate the orientation of new team members by familiarizing them with the work surroundings, explaining work hours, procedures, use of equipment and job expectations and ensure that new team members understand their respective duties.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Ensure adequate tools, equipment and other materials in the Working Area
• Claim all under warranty parts and services to the suppliers.
