The Supply & Demand Planning Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision making for inventory management and demand forecasting. This position ensures accurate data analysis and reporting to optimize supply chain operations and inventory levels while maintaining efficient operational processes.

The Impact you’ll make

Supply-Demand Analysis

• Prepare supply-demand planning data


• Research market conditions and trends


• Track inventory consumption patterns


• Monitor expiration management

Data Management

• Convert non-standardized data into defined formats


• Maintain databases with high accuracy


• Integrate multiple system data


• Ensure data transparency and accuracy

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate monthly inventory reports


• Create market status reports


• Support supply-demand planner with analysis


• Maintain accurate reporting records

System Integration

• Work with multiple data sources


• Utilize Google Workspace effectively


• Execute data integration requirements


• Maintain data consistency across platforms

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• 2-3 years experience in supply chain or demand planning


• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills


• Proven experience with system integration


• Strong algorithmic thinking ability


• Native English proficiency (non-negotiable)


• Must be available during PST business hours

What to expect...


Work Setup:

• Remote position


• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace


• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

• Tentative, subject to change: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)


• 40 hours per week

Compensation:
