Roles and Responsibilities

• Manages inventory levels, turnover rates, and ordering strategies to balance availability with budget goals; implements forward-buying plans and generates inventory reports for management.
• Develops and improves processes related to inventory management, obsolescence, and life cycle management to ensure sustainability and efficiency.
• Participates in internal audits, Quality Assurance reviews, and Material Management Council (MC) meetings, addressing audit items and proposing corrective actions for material availability and schedule adherence.
• Oversees third-party warehouses and supports contract requirements for external material management, ensuring standardized compliance with Supply Chain Procedures and Policies.
• Actively contributes to safety and compliance efforts within CEB, adhering to safety standards and reporting incidents, while completing additional assigned tasks as needed.
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of a 4-year degree course in Management, Engineering, or Aeronautical discipline
• With at least 8 years of experience in material planning or inventory management
• With knowledge in material management, inventory management software, and data analysis
• Willing to work onsite in Pasay City
