About the Role

As a Store Supervisor at Alberto Shoes Corporation', you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operations of our Robinsons Bacolod store. Reporting to Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This is a full-time position based in Bacolod

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervising and leading a team of sales associates, delegating tasks and ensuring effective team coordination
• Monitoring and analysing store sales data, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth
• Ensuring excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Overseeing inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandise display
• Adhering to and enforcing company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Collaborating with the Store Manager to identify and implement process improvements
• Providing training and development opportunities for the sales team

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in inventory management, stock control, and merchandising
• Solid analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
