By joining us as a Specialist II, Sales Order Management, you will be part of a collaborative, impactful, and dynamic Pressure Management Sales Order Management team that will be responsible for order processing for both technical and commercial aspects. You will ensure that all orders are in compliance with the Pressure Management-AP booking policy. You will coordinate with internal and external customers across the business unit.

In this capacity, you will provide excellent support to Pressure Management Asia Pacific trade operations in terms of, but not limited to, order entry and processing. You will interface between sales offices, representatives, and factories to manage sales orders efficiently. This gives you a vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To check the completeness of order documents.
• To review incoming orders for technical and commercial compliance as per Pressure Management-AP booking policy.
• To check part numbers and extract customer-specific information from business systems.
• To validate and calculate pricing using system tools and generate and send order acknowledgement.
• To coordinate with inside sales engineers, project managers, respective salespersons, or factories for technical and commercial clarification of the order.
• To coordinate with the customer care team for booked orders in terms of, but not limited to, urgency and special requirements.
• To check with the correct factory to place the item ordered.

Your attention to detail is remarkable, and you have good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and process orders accurately and timely. You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 2 years of experience related to Customer Service, Sales, Order Administration, and PO (Purchase Order) placing.
• Familiarity with order entry or purchase order processing.
• Basic software knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart

• Familiarity with industrial regulators or pressure control devices is an advantage.
