Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

• Monthly financial reporting and analysis of performance
• Analyze profitability of Business Units
• Assist in the development and maintenance of key metrics for Business Units
• Understand financial aspects of the business and be able to highlight strengths and weaknesses
• Perform modeling and financial analysis relating pricing, product development, promotion, and productivity, capacity and return on capital investments
• Work with various Business Units to drive cost reductions and process improvement
• Coordinate and prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for revenues, expense, and capital
• Analyze key drivers of revenues and costs to implement actionable measures
• Assist in month end closing
• Analytics in budgeting and forecasting

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with two to four years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
• Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
• Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexible in shift
