Job Description

1 Details of Duties and Responsibilities
• Handle incoming calls and maintain high service level when interact with customers
• Attend customers' request within agreeable turnaround time in an efficient manner
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problem
• Provide accurate and timely solution to customer to ensure impact to customer and company
• Follow-up promptly with customer to resolve issue either via phone or email
• Responsible for technical task co-ordination and completion customer orders for Connectivity of Fibernet, VPN’s and VOIP
• Delivery high quality standards and Service Level to serve new and existing ViewQwest Customers
• Primary function to manage customers’ orders within stipulated SLA’s
• Manage stakeholder’s relationship with Customers, Internal Teams and Vendors/Suppliers
• Involving technical provisioning of bandwidth, modem, assigning IP Address and good command of Putty or CLLI
• Provide telephone-based or email support to end users on co-ordination Network.

Job Qualifications

Competency/ Technical Skills Required
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional, any field
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
• Excellent in the English Language, both in oral and written communication
• Strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
• Familiarity with network technologies such as SMTP, POP, IMAP, HTTP
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Experience in a call centre environment as well as familiarity with general troubleshooting of networking software related problems is an added advantage for this position
• Demonstrates ability to learn quickly and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.



Compensation Range

₱20,000 - ₱30,000
