• Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page content, including meta data and internal linking

• Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and content creation

• Monitor and report on website performance using analytics

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to continuously improve SEO strategies

• 5+ years of experience in web sales and SEO practices

• Proven track record of driving web services through SEO for BPO and Call Center companies

• Mastery of On-Page, Off-Page, Algorithm updates, Google Search Console and Analytics

• Knowledge of, Wordpress, HTML/CSS and web development best practices is a plus

• Excellent communication and project management skills
