Senior Production Manager (Ilo-Ilo)

Responsibilities:

Supervise overall activities and production operations according to the set target profitability, productivity, and efficiency. In order to ensure the delivery of quality products in the right quantity at the right time and meet customer satisfaction

Sets, Regulates, and Monitor production workflow and activities

Monitor, Record, and Analyze reports on productivity, rejections, material consumption, and delivery; and provide corrections/improvements on production set-up, method, and/or procedure

Check and Monitor the required stock level of raw materials packaging materials and finished goods according to specified holding time and storage capacity

Suggest and Recommend plan on work simplification, process innovation, and improvement of production operations for better quality and profitability by reviewing and validating production flow

Validate and provide updates on the production operations manual and production protocols according to the FMPS by monitoring actual production run

Countercheck, Monitor, and Validate compliance of production personnel on Standard Processes and Parameters by performing actual checking data on monitoring forms against production run / machine

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or Equivalent
• At least 3-5 years' experience in Food Manufacturing or similar industry.
• Experience in GMP, HACCP and ISO Certification is an advantage
• Strong planning and leadership skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and extended working hours.
• Willing to work in Pavia, Ilo-Ilo
