Senior Concept Architect - #88391

Our Client is a leading full-service architectural and interior design company based in the UAE.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role is to be based on a work-from-home basis in the Philippines working on projects within the UAE.

Key responsibilities:

· Production of unique architectural Pre-concept Design, Concept Design, Schematic design

· Ability to abide to timelines set by project heads with responsive turnarounds

· Accountable for the accuracy and quality of work

· Consistently seek to improve the company’s design & operational quality efficiently & intuitively

Applicant requirements:

· Degree or postgraduate degree in Architecture. Membership with a recognized professional architectural body & graduation from a reputed university will be beneficial

· 10+ years relevant experience as a concept design architect with reputable design consultancies

· Strong sense of concept design and competitive winning work with a proven track record of major project delivery [in the form of a portfolio]

· Experienced in design of a variety of building types in the UAE or Middle East

· Strong conceptual thinking

· Familiar with Local Codes of Practice
