The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure that the Salesforce environment meets business needs.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Provide training and support to users, ensuring adoption and proficiency.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to meet project requirements.
- Implement best practices for system configuration and development.
- Lead data integrations with other systems used in-house
- Ensure data integrity and quality through regular audits and management processes.
- Oversee data imports, exports, and ongoing data maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and implement solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow) to streamline and automate business processes.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system changes, processes, and user guides.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce features, capabilities, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with capability of evaluating complex data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions based on insights to drive improvements.
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively articulate ideas, share information, and interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Builds strong relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments, fostering collaboration and cooperation across functions.
- Embraces learning opportunities, adapts to change, and is open to feedback in pursuit of continuous personal and professional development.
- Works effectively within cross-functional teams, contributing to team goals and supporting others to achieve collective success.
Work Schedule: 9PM - 6AM, Monday to Friday, PH time
